Louis de Belair
Louis de Belair, a product of France, is developed by a secondary fermentation from French base wines selected for their ability to produce sparkling wines. The effervescence results from a fermentation by seeding qualitative yeasts and with a control of temperatures. Subsequently, the wine is aged on lees with riddling. The bottling process is realized with cold temperatures and a minimum SO2 level. The sparkling wine rests in our cellars before shipment.
