Jardin en Fleurs – Sauvignon Blanc 2021
This Sauvignon Blanc has all of the raciness one expects from a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, the spiritual home of this grape. Bright freshness and minerality paired with aromas of lemon, fresh pair, and juicy white fruits. The ultimate food wine, this wine pairs well with a number of dishes, including sh and chicken, particularly in a cream sauce. Also a good option for salads with vinaigrette, asparagus and artichokes, foods that are usually dif cult to pair wine with. Goat cheese is a classic pairing, but the wine can also be enjoyed on its own.
