Colin Champagne, Champagne, France
The land has always guided our family. More than two centuries of winegrowing and farming history have shaped our family home and our know-how.
It is therefore quite natural that it is the main source of inspiration when it comes to developing our vintages.
This land is not fixed: from one village to another, from one plot to another, it changes color, texture, fragrance… Just like our wines, which come directly from it. From our Maison de Vertus, a Premier Cru village on the Côte des Blancs, we travel our hillsides in search of new emotions to share with you, multiplying inspirations and desires, according to our land.

Colin Champagne, Brut Rose NV
This Rosé, an original Côte des Blancs blend, is a champagne for lovers with its color evoking a world of tender, sweet romanticism.
Terroir: 100% Vertus Premier Cru High Environmental Value Level 3 certified Wine
Composition: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir red wine
60% year’s harvest and 4-% perpetual reserve since 2004. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels. Aged on lees 18-30 months
It’s delicate on the nose with berry aromas (raspberry, grenadine) opening the show. Next come floral notes such as violet, peopny, and hyacinth. Sleek elegance leads into indulgence with spices such as cloves and pepper.
The aromas of stewed strawberries and berries hit the palate first. They melt into red citrus fruit such as blood orange. The middle and finish are delivately sharp with notes of licorice, a touch of menthol, and orange blossom.
Dosage: 9g/l (Brut)
88 Points Wine Enthusiast “A soft style of wine, this emphasizes red fruits and light acidity. This is a Chardonnay-dominated rosé, giving an edge of citrus to the aftertaste. Drink now.” — Roger Voss
