Carac Terre - Cahors, Malbec

VINIFICATION: This nectar born from the misty vineyards of the Loire valley offers a unique experience combining sun, lands of tradition, modernity, fruity and roundness of the Malbec grape variety.

TASTING NOTES: Nice balance between delicate and intense Malbec aromas and fine and silky tannins. This wine develops in mouth with intensity. The finish is slightly woody.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS : To be savored on a flaky foie gras, a duck breast with porcini mushrooms and a full-bodied cheese platter.
