Corti Benedettine del Padovano, Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a lovely Cabernet Sauvignon, hand harvested and softly pressed at controlled temporature and then aged in Oak cask for 3-6 months. The wine is silky rich and austere , full in body and lightly herbaceous. ideal for rich braised red meat dishes and pasta ragu', plus hard cheeses.

Corti Benedettine del Padovano, Merlot

The wine has an intense, fruity, and distinctive aroma, with a slight vanilla scent. It has a dry, soft, and harmonious taste, and is good for aging in oak barrels. The color is ruby red, tending towards garnet.
