Vina Ijalba, Rioja DOCa

The Ijalba family winery is located in the area of ​​Logroño, San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Valle del Iregua. The vineyards are cultivated according to ecological principles and the processing is also carried out carefully and gently. The Tempranillo grapes for this young Rioja, which was not aged in barriques, were destemmed and fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature in order to preserve the fruity aromas.

It shines in the glass in a strong ruby ​​red with violet reflections and shows typical aromas of dark berries and cherries. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, has a good body and is concentrated.

Goes well with light meat dishes, mild cheese, or grilled fish.
