The winery was born from an old idea linked to local people who were looking for a way to highlight the value of Rubios' famous red wines. Thus, at the end of 2003, the first shareholders laid the foundations for this idea and founded the company Señorío de Rubiós.

The winery currently consists of 100 shareholders, working to ensure that Rubios wines take the place they deserve due to their tradition, varieties and highest quality.

Color:

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

Taste:

The palate is clean, fresh, dry, with a medium body and notes of stone fruit and wet stone.

Aroma:

Intense aroma with bright tones of green and yellow fruits, flowers and refreshing minerality.

Gastronomy:

Pairs perfectly with herbed fish, duck and pork dishes, as well as Manchego cheese.
