COMPOSITION 100% Garnacha.

VINIFICATION Grapes were fully de‐stemmed and lightly crushed, then immediately pressed.  Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic conversion.  Racked off the lees and bottled very young.        

ALCOHOL 11.5%

TASTING NOTES   Lighter in color and body than many other Spanish rosés.   Loaded with intense raspberry and plum aromas that follow to a crisp yet silky palate.

SERVE WITH Excellent on its own and with a wide range of lighter fare.  The perfect summer sipper and tapas wine!
