Château Yon Lavallade  - Saint-Emilion, Rouge 2021

From a small (4.5 hectare) certified Demeter estate north of Ausone. Merlot vines dominate the limestone rich soils of the region. This wine is a classic example of velvety dark fruits flavors that often characterize St.-Émilion.
